Data Processing Agreement

When you use Oryn to message your customers, you act as the data controller for their personal data and Oryn acts as your data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement covers the scope and purpose of processing, the categories of data and data subjects, our security measures, our sub-processors, international transfer mechanisms (including Standard Contractual Clauses), and how we assist you with data-subject requests.

Requesting the DPA

The signed DPA is available on request. Email dpa@oryn.ai from your account email with your organization name and we will send you the current version for countersignature, along with our up-to-date sub-processor list.
